Order Cancellation and Return Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

Vexmon reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Vexmon also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

1. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

What is the Vexmon Return Policy?

All items sold and fulfilled by Vexmon can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. This 7-day window is standard and applies to all categories.

Damaged or Used Items

Refund Methods

1. Original payment method (credit/debit card, Vexmon gift card, etc.)
2. Store credit (Vexmon balance), if selected or if the original payment method is unavailable.

Refund Timeframes

1. Typically processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Time to reflect in your account varies by payment method:
3. Credit/debit cards: 3–5 business days.
4. Amazon gift card: Immediate or within 24 hours.
5. Store credit: Immediate.

Shipping Fees

1. If the return is due to Vexmon’s error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), original shipping costs are refunded. Otherwise, shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
